5. Return and Exchange Policy

At Blue / Green Training (“Blue / Green,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we are committed to providing high-quality products and a seamless customer experience. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we aim to make the return or exchange process as smooth as possible.
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges on new and unworn physical products that meet the following criteria:
- The product was originally shipped to the customer in the United States.
- The product was paid for in U.S. Dollars (USD).
- The return or exchange is requested within 30 days of receiving the product.
Return and Exchange Process for Physical Products
- Email support@bgtrng.com with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
- If the request meets the eligibility criteria, we will provide detailed instructions on how to proceed.
- The customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning the product to Blue / Green Training Headquarters.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to confirm that it is new and unworn.
- If the item meets these conditions, we will process the refund or exchange as requested.
- If the item does not meet these conditions, we will notify the customer and return the product at the customer’s expense.
Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 30 days of receiving the returned item and confirming it meets our return criteria.
- We do not charge a restocking fee.
- Returns and exchanges are only accepted via mail—we do not accept in-person returns or exchanges.
Digital Products (Guides) Return Policy
We accept refund requests for digital products, including training guides, under the following conditions:
- The refund request is made within 30 days of the purchase date.
- The customer must email support@bgtrng.com with the order details and the reason for the refund request.
- Blue / Green Training will review the request, and if deemed reasonable, we will process the refund and revoke access to the digital product.
6. Fitness and Health Disclaimer and Waiver
By purchasing or using any workout guide, program, or fitness-related content provided by Blue Green Training LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Assumption of Risk: Participation in any exercise program carries an inherent risk of physical injury, including but not limited to heart attacks, muscle strains, broken bones, or death.
- Medical Advice: Blue Green Training LLC is not a medical organization and does not provide medical advice. You agree to consult with a physician before starting any program.
- Personal Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your health and fitness decisions.
- Release of Liability: You release Blue Green Training LLC from any claims or damages arising from injury unless caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
7. Right to Change Offering
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any products or services at any time.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Blue Green Training LLC and its owners, partners, contractors, and employees harmless from any demands, losses, liabilities, claims, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) made by any third party due to or arising from your use of the website or services.

Blue Green Training LLC often uses publicly available videos and photos from the DoD / featuring members of the DoD, throughout our social media and within other places, under the assumption that such material is released for public use. If we receive a formal request from the DoD or any related agency to remove or modify such material, we will promptly comply.
Our guides and other informational / educational products only contain publicly available and releasable information — classified or confidential information is never knowingly included. In the event that confidential or classified material is inadvertently used or disclosed, it is unintentional, and Blue Green Training LLC will act promptly to correct or remove the material once notified.
Some team members and contractors working with Blue Green Training LLC may also serve in the United States Military in their personal capacity. The Blue / Green Training mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Blue / Green Training (“Blue / Green Training”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Blue / Green Training’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Blue / Green Training through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Blue / Green Training. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18669242345 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Blue / Green Training mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
