Return & Exchange Policy

At Blue / Green Training (“Blue / Green,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we are committed to providing high-quality products and a seamless customer experience. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we aim to make the return or exchange process as smooth as possible. Please carefully review our return and exchange policy below.
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges on new and unworn physical products that meet the following criteria:
- The product was originally shipped to the customer in the United States.
- The product was paid for in U.S. Dollars (USD).
- The return or exchange is requested within 30 days of receiving the product.
Return and Exchange Process for Physical Products
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Email support@bgtrng.com with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
- If the request meets the eligibility criteria, we will provide detailed instructions on how to proceed.
- The customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning the product to Blue / Green Training Headquarters.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to confirm that it is new and unworn.
- If the item meets these conditions, we will process the refund or exchange as requested.
- If the item does not meet these conditions, we will notify the customer and return the product at the customer’s expense.
Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 30 days of receiving the returned item and confirming it meets our return criteria.
- We do not charge a restocking fee.
- Returns and exchanges are only accepted via mail—we do not accept in-person returns or exchanges.
Digital Products (Guides) Return Policy
We accept refund requests for digital products, including training guides, under the following conditions:
- The refund request is made within 30 days of the purchase date.
- The customer must email support@bgtrng.com with the order details and the reason for the refund request.
- Blue / Green Training will review the request, and if deemed reasonable, we will process the refund and revoke access to the digital product. Most request are acceptable and normal!
General Terms and Conditions
- All return and exchange requests must be initiated by contacting support@bgtrng.com.
- Refunds and exchanges are processed at our discretion based on the above criteria.
- We stand behind the quality of our products and aim to satisfy every customer. If you encounter an issue not covered by this policy, please reach out to us—we are committed to finding a solution.

Some team members and contractors working with Blue Green Training LLC may also serve in the United States Military in their personal capacity. Their involvement with Blue Green Training LLC is separate from their military duties and does not constitute an official or implied endorsement by the DoD. No material created or shared by Blue Green Training LLC violates any U.S. military guidelines, regulations, or security protocols.
