For the purposes of this document, Blue Green Training LLC is referred to as "Blue / Green Training," "Blue / Green", "we," "us," "our," or "the company."

1. Website Owner, the Offering, and Binding of Terms

These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and any services, products, or content offered by us on this website, or in any other forum. This website offers visitors access to premium health, wellness, fitness, recovery, nutrition, mental and general physical training content, and military and sport-related content.

By accessing or using the website (or any platform or content provider through which we share content), you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Ownership of Intellectual Property, Copyrights, and Logos

The service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music, and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Blue Green Training LLC.

Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any Intellectual Property Rights. You agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit, or create derivative works thereof without the prior written consent of Blue Green Training LLC.

Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of this material may result in civil and criminal penalties.

3. Website Use and Account Requirements

To use our website and/or receive our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
  • Possess the legal authority and right to enter into a binding agreement.
  • Not be prohibited from using the website under any applicable law or regulation.

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts at our sole discretion if a customer violates any of these terms.

4. Key Commercial Terms Offered to Customers

By purchasing or acquiring an item or service from Blue Green Training LLC, you agree that:

  1. You are responsible for reading the full item or service listing before making a commitment to purchase or acquire it.
  2. You enter into a legally binding contract to purchase or acquire the item or service when you complete the checkout process.
  3. The prices we charge for products and services are listed on the website. We reserve the right to adjust pricing and correct pricing errors without prior notice.
  4. All fees and charges, including taxes and potential transaction fees, will be charged to your payment method upon purchase.

5. Return and Exchange Policy

At Blue / Green Training (“Blue / Green,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we are committed to providing high-quality products and a seamless customer experience. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we aim to make the return or exchange process as smooth as possible.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges on new and unworn physical products that meet the following criteria:

  • The product was originally shipped to the customer in the United States.
  • The product was paid for in U.S. Dollars (USD).
  • The return or exchange is requested within 30 days of receiving the product.

Return and Exchange Process for Physical Products

  1. Email support@bgtrng.com with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
  2. If the request meets the eligibility criteria, we will provide detailed instructions on how to proceed.
  3. The customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning the product to Blue / Green Training Headquarters.
  4. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to confirm that it is new and unworn.
    • If the item meets these conditions, we will process the refund or exchange as requested.
    • If the item does not meet these conditions, we will notify the customer and return the product at the customer’s expense.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 30 days of receiving the returned item and confirming it meets our return criteria.
  • We do not charge a restocking fee.
  • Returns and exchanges are only accepted via mail—we do not accept in-person returns or exchanges.

Digital Products (Guides) Return Policy

We accept refund requests for digital products, including training guides, under the following conditions:

  • The refund request is made within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • The customer must email support@bgtrng.com with the order details and the reason for the refund request.
  • Blue / Green Training will review the request, and if deemed reasonable, we will process the refund and revoke access to the digital product.

6. Fitness and Health Disclaimer and Waiver

By purchasing or using any workout guide, program, or fitness-related content provided by Blue Green Training LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  1. Assumption of Risk: Participation in any exercise program carries an inherent risk of physical injury, including but not limited to heart attacks, muscle strains, broken bones, or death.
  2. Medical Advice: Blue Green Training LLC is not a medical organization and does not provide medical advice. You agree to consult with a physician before starting any program.
  3. Personal Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your health and fitness decisions.
  4. Release of Liability: You release Blue Green Training LLC from any claims or damages arising from injury unless caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

7. Right to Change Offering

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any products or services at any time.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Blue Green Training LLC and its owners, partners, contractors, and employees harmless from any demands, losses, liabilities, claims, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) made by any third party due to or arising from your use of the website or services.

9. Limitation of Liability

Blue Green Training LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the website or services shall be settled by binding arbitration in the State of Florida under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

12. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control.

13. United States Department of Defense

Blue Green Training LLC and all our material are not sponsored or endorsed by the United States Department of Defense (DoD). Any of our work or opinions does not represent the DoD. Blue Green Training LLC is a private venture not affiliated with the DoD.

Blue Green Training LLC often uses publicly available videos and photos from the DoD / featuring members of the DoD, throughout our social media and within other places, under the assumption that such material is released for public use. Any visual representation of DoD-related material is not property owned by Blue Green Training LLC. If we receive a formal request from the DoD or any related agency to remove or modify such material, we will promptly comply.

Our guides and other informational / educational products only contain publicly available and releasable information — classified or confidential information is never knowingly included. In the event that confidential or classified material is inadvertently used or disclosed, it is unintentional, and Blue Green Training LLC will act promptly to correct or remove the material once notified.

Some team members and contractors working with Blue Green Training LLC may also serve in the United States Military in their personal capacity. Their involvement with Blue Green Training LLC is separate from their military duties and does not constitute an official or implied endorsement by the DoD. No material created or shared by Blue Green Training LLC violates any U.S. military guidelines, regulations, or security protocols.

We support the U.S. Department of Defense and its mission. The belief of Blue Green Training LLC is that our mission supports and enables the mission of the DoD.
