Upon initially checking out on our website and subsequently signing up on the B/G Train App, you have already explicitly agreed to the terms included on this webpage. By creating an account, you affirmatively accept the Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Fitness & Health Disclaimer and Waiver set forth below.
Privacy Policy
Effective Date: 10 August 2026
Blue Green Training LLC ("we," "us," "our") operates the bgtrain.app progressive web application and the bluegreentraining.com website (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information, and the choices and rights you have. By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password credentials. You may optionally provide additional profile information such as your height, weight, age, sex, military branch, rank, unit, and fitness goals.
Fitness & Workout Data. We collect data you input through use of the Services, including workout completions, exercise logs, weights and repetitions, RPE (rate of perceived exertion) scores, personal records, streak data, program enrollment and progress, run and ruck data, and machine/equipment settings.
Communications. We collect the content of direct messages you send and receive through the app, support messages, forum posts, and any communications you submit through in-app forms (such as issue reports).
AI Interaction Data. If you use our AI assistant feature ("Roger"), we collect your conversation history, messages, prompts, and any feedback you provide on AI responses.
Device & Usage Information. We may collect device type, operating system, browser type, IP address, referring URLs, pages viewed, features used, session duration, crash reports, and error logs. We may use third-party analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, PostHog, or similar services) to collect and analyze this data.
Location Data. We do not collect precise geolocation data. We may infer your approximate location (such as country, state, or region) from your IP address.
Purchase Information. If you purchase training guides or other products, we collect transaction data including items purchased, purchase date, and entitlement status. Payment processing is handled by third-party processors (such as Shopify and Stripe); we do not collect or store your full payment card number.
Files & Media. We collect files you upload to the Services, including profile photos, issue report screenshots, and content added to forums.
Third-Party Integrations. If you connect third-party services (such as Strava), we may collect data from those services as authorized by you, including activity data and authentication tokens.
Cookies & Similar Technologies. We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and improve the Services. Third-party analytics providers may also set cookies. See Section 5 for more detail.

3. De-Identified and Aggregated Data
We may aggregate or de-identify the information we collect so that it can no longer reasonably be used to identify you or any other individual. De-identified and aggregated data is not personal information.
We may use, retain, license, and disclose de-identified and aggregated data for any lawful purpose, including to operate, analyze, improve, secure, and promote the Services; to develop new products, programs, and features; for research, benchmarking, and statistical analysis; and to develop, train, evaluate, and improve models, algorithms, and systems. Where we make de-identified data publicly available or share it with third parties, we will maintain and use it only in de-identified form and will not attempt to re-identify it, except as permitted by law.
This Section survives termination of these agreements and deletion of your account. Deleting your account removes or anonymizes your identifiable personal data as described in Section 6, but does not require us to delete de-identified or aggregated data derived before deletion.
4. How We Share Your Information
Service Providers. We share data with third-party providers who help us operate the Services, including our hosting and database provider (Supabase), payment processors (such as Shopify and Stripe), email service providers (such as Klaviyo), AI model providers, and analytics tools. These providers are bound by contractual obligations to protect your data and to use it only to provide services to us.
Community Features. Information you post in public or shared areas of the app (such as forum posts, your display name, and profile details you choose to make visible) is visible to other authenticated users. Do not post information you wish to keep private.
Legal & Safety. We may disclose your information if required by law, subpoena, legal process, or governmental request, or where we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of Blue Green Training LLC, our users, or the public, or to detect, prevent, or address fraud, security, or technical issues.
Business Transfers. In the event of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of our assets, your information may be transferred or disclosed as part of that transaction, subject to the surviving entity honoring the commitments in this Privacy Policy.
With Your Direction. We share information with third parties when you direct us to, such as when you connect an integration.
We do not sell your personal information for money. We do not "sell" or "share" personal information as those terms are defined under applicable U.S. state privacy laws for cross-context behavioral advertising. If this ever changes, we will update this Policy and provide any opt-out required by law.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences and settings, operate core features, and understand how the Services are used. Some technologies are strictly necessary for the Services to function; others support analytics and performance measurement.
You can control cookies through your browser or device settings. Disabling certain cookies or local storage may cause parts of the Services to stop working as intended. Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signal; where required by law, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services and fulfill the purposes described in this Policy. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your identifiable personal data within 90 days, except where retention is required by law, necessary to resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, prevent fraud or abuse, or maintain security and backups. As described in Section 3, de-identified and aggregated data may be retained indefinitely.
7. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL), row-level security on our database, authenticated API access, and file storage with access controls. No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
8. Your Privacy Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights:
- Access and update your profile information through the app's Settings page
- Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you (data portability)
- Request correction of inaccurate personal data
- Request deletion of your account and associated personal data
- Opt out of marketing communications at any time
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, or of targeted advertising, to the extent we ever engage in such activities
- Disconnect third-party integrations through your account settings
- Appeal a decision we make about a privacy request, where applicable law provides an appeal right
To exercise these rights, contact us using the information in Section 13. We will respond within the time required by applicable law (generally within 45 days, extendable where permitted). We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.
9. State-Specific Disclosures (United States)
Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have additional rights, including the right to know or access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect, the right to correct or delete personal information, the right to data portability, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of certain profiling or targeted advertising. Where required, you may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. To exercise any of these rights, use the contact information in Section 13.
10. Children's Privacy
The Services are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. 11. Third-Party Links and Services
The Services may contain links to, or integrations with, third-party websites and services that we do not control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you use.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy within the app and updating the "Effective Date" above. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep it current, and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the Services or other users.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
- Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
- Post content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, or that promotes violence
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or private data
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services or their infrastructure
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Services, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Services without prior written consent
- Redistribute, resell, or share purchased digital products (training guides, programs) without authorization
- Use the Services or their content to develop or train a competing product or service
4. License to Use the Services
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services and the content you are entitled to for your own personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include any right to resell, sublicense, or make derivative use of the Services or their content.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, training programs, guides, and materials provided through the Services are the property of Blue Green Training LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted above, you may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.
6. User Content and License to Us
The Services allow you to submit, input, or share content and data, including workout logs, forum posts, direct messages, feedback, and uploaded files ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your original User Content.
By submitting User Content, you grant Blue Green Training LLC a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, fully sublicensable and transferable license to host, store, use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, display, and distribute that User Content in connection with operating, improving, securing, and promoting the Services. You represent that you have the rights necessary to grant this license and that your User Content does not violate the rights of any third party or any law.
As described in the Privacy Policy, we may create de-identified and aggregated data from your use of the Services and from User Content, and may use and disclose that de-identified and aggregated data for any lawful business purpose. This right survives termination of your account.
7. Feedback
If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the Services, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that feedback for any purpose without obligation or compensation to you.
8. Digital Products & Purchases
Training guides and other digital products are sold as-is. All sales of digital products are final. We do not offer refunds on digital products unless required by applicable law. Access to purchased content is licensed, not sold, and is subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to revoke access to purchased content if you materially violate these Terms.
9. AI Features
The Services may include AI-powered features (such as the "Roger" assistant). AI-generated responses are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional medical, fitness, or nutritional advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making decisions based on AI-generated content. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated responses, and you use them at your own risk.
10. Health & Fitness Disclaimer
The Services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Your use of the Services is subject to the full Fitness & Health Disclaimer and Waiver set forth below, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to that waiver in its entirety.
11. Third-Party Services
The Services may integrate with or link to third-party products and services that we do not control. Your use of those third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services and all content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that any results obtained from using the Services will meet your expectations.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blue Green Training LLC, its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blue Green Training LLC, its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or any third party's rights.
15. Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Class Action Waiver
Except for claims that qualify for small claims court and claims for injunctive relief relating to intellectual property, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider, rather than in court, except where prohibited by law. You and Blue Green Training LLC waive any right to a jury trial. You and Blue Green Training LLC agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. If any portion of this Section is found unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in effect, except that if the class action waiver is found unenforceable, this entire Section shall be void.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Subject to Section 15, any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
17. Modifications to the Services
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services.
18. Termination
You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Services. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including Sections 5, 6, 7, 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the app and updating the "Effective Date" above. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
20. Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Fitness & Health Disclaimer and Waiver constitute the entire agreement between you and Blue Green Training LLC regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements.
Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Force Majeure. We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
Notices. We may provide notices to you through the Services or by email. You may contact us using the information below.

Fitness & Health Disclaimer and Waiver
Effective Date: 10 August 2026
By creating an account, accessing, or using any feature of the Blue Green Training app (bgtrain.app), or by purchasing or using any workout guide, program, or fitness-related content provided by Blue Green Training LLC, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
1. Assumption of Risk
You understand and acknowledge that participation in any exercise program, workout regimen, or physical fitness activity carries an inherent risk of physical injury. These risks include, but are not limited to, heart attacks, strokes, muscle strains, ligament tears, joint injuries, broken bones, spinal injuries, overexertion, heat injury, rhabdomyolysis, and in extreme cases, death. You voluntarily assume all such risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from the ordinary negligence of Blue Green Training LLC or others, and assume full responsibility for your participation.
2. Not Medical Advice
Blue Green Training LLC is not a medical organization, licensed healthcare provider, or certified medical professional. Nothing in the Services — including training programs, workout guides, AI-generated responses, community forum posts, or any other content — constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You agree to consult with a licensed physician or qualified healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program, particularly if you have any pre-existing medical condition, injury, disability, or concern about your physical readiness. If you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any other concerning symptom during exercise, you agree to stop immediately and seek medical attention.
3. Personal Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your own health, safety, and fitness decisions, including selecting appropriate exercises, weights, intensities, and rest periods. You acknowledge that the training programs and content provided through the Services are general in nature and are not tailored to your individual medical history, physical condition, or limitations. You are responsible for modifying or discontinuing any exercise that causes pain or discomfort.
4. Military Training Context
You acknowledge that Blue Green Training's programs are designed to prepare individuals for demanding physical events, including military selection courses that involve heavy loads, sustained endurance, sleep deprivation, and extreme physical stress. Training toward these standards carries elevated risk beyond that of general fitness activity. You acknowledge and voluntarily assume this elevated risk. Nothing in the Services is affiliated with, endorsed by, or representative of the U.S. Army, the U.S. Department of War (Department of Defense), or any government entity, and the Services do not guarantee selection, graduation, qualification, or any professional or career outcome.
5. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Blue Green Training LLC, its owners, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, contractors, and successors from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, costs, expenses (including attorneys' fees), and causes of action — whether known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated — arising out of or related to any injury, illness, disability, death, or loss or damage to person or property that occurs in connection with your use of the Services, participation in any exercise program, or reliance on any content provided through the Services. This release does not apply to claims arising from the gross negligence or intentional misconduct of Blue Green Training LLC, and does not waive any right that cannot be waived under applicable law.
6. Acknowledgment of Agreement
By creating an account on bgtrain.app or by using the Services in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understand, and voluntarily agree to this Fitness & Health Disclaimer and Waiver. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Services. This waiver is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by applicable law. If any portion of this waiver is found to be unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.
