Special Forces Assessment & Selection (SFAS) Phase 1 + 2 Bundle

Finally take control of your progress and start your journey to wearing the Green Beret. You know you belong in the elite SF community. Already having enabled hundreds of athletes to earn their Green Beret, this guide provides the most comprehensive, field-tested program to prepare you for success.
This bundle includes both the SFAS Advanced Phase 1 guide, and the SFAS Advanced Phase 2 guide (which cost $199 when purchased separately.)
Why two guides? Many athletes we work with feel ready for SFAS prep, but not yet fit enough for the intensive program needed in the 12-weeks directly prior to SFAS / SFE / or SFRE. Our Phase 1 guide gives you 10 weeks of workouts to build your base of fitness. We provide 4 workouts per week to add on top of your current PT / workout schedule. Upon completion, you’ll have that foundational fitness built. This fitness level will allow you to succeed as you begin your Phase 2 training.
Our guides include:
- Complete workout programs designed by our team of Green Berets and PhDs, specific to the demand ahead
- Complete chapters on understanding physical recovery, and the practical tools to implement appropriate sleep, stretching, and mobility into your weekly routine
- Complete chapter on nutrition, which shows you how to make food work in your favor
- Complete chapter on the mental skills to prepare for the challenges ahead (in Phase 2)
- Our recent SFAS graduates provide also provide the "little details," to help you feel confident for Day 0.
