This bundle includes both the Pre-Ranger Advanced - Phase 1 guide, and the Ranger School Advanced - Phase 2 guide (which cost $199 when purchased separately.)

Why two guides? Many individuals we speak to are motivated to start preparing for Ranger School, but are not yet physically fit enough to dive directly into the 11-weeks of intensive workouts which should occur right before reporting to Ranger School. Our Phase 1 guide gives you 10 weeks of workouts to build your base of fitness. We provide 4 workouts per week to add on top of your current PT / workout schedule. Upon completion, you’ll have that foundational fitness build. This fitness level will allow you to succeed as you begin your Phase 2 training.

Our Phase 2 training includes 11 weeks of workouts. We provide your complete workouts for the week. This program will get you physically ready for Day 0 at Ranger School.

Both guides contain complete information about how to improve nutrition and recovery to allow your body the best opportunity to recover and make physical progress. The Phase 2 guide goes more in-depth with these topics, as well as including plenty of information on mental fitness, packing list considerations, and resources for the other areas outside of fitness in which you need to prepare.

Because there is some overlap in the resources we provide related to programming, nutrition, and recover, we have bundled these at a discounted price. Of course, the workouts within the two guides are different.

If you're already very fit, and can pass / come very close to passing the RPA and all RAP week events under perfect conditions, you don’t need this bundle. You can advance directly to Phase 2 training with our Ranger School Advanced. Not sure? Send us a message.
