If you’re ready to start preparing for Ranger, but don’t yet have an above average level of fitness, this is where you start. This guide features:
- Elite 10-week workout program designed by our team of Ranger graduates and PhDs, focusing on increasing your baseline fitness needed for Ranger
- Each workout week features 4 workouts designed to be added to your current routine / PT schedule, with complete instruction about when specifically to integrate them during your week
- In depth instruction on nutrition and recovery, to ensure you are making the maximum possible recovery, and begin creating essential habits
Many athletes are ready to train for Ranger School, but are quickly overwhelmed by the training demands. This guide develops the foundational fitness needed to train at a higher level for the 12 weeks directly before Ranger. By first building the required foundational fitness, you dramatically increase success rates.
Upon completion of the guide, you’ll be ready for the increased physical demands of our Ranger School Advanced guide. This guide (Phase 1) and the Ranger Advanced Guide (phase 2) are designed to be completed together to get you ready to earn your tab.
The guides can be accessed together at a discount with the Ranger Bundle. If you're already very fit, and can pass / come very close to passing the RPA and all RAP week, skip to Phase 2.
