The Blue Program is right for you if:

- You attend West Point or in ROTC, and looking to become a more elite athlete as you prepare to eventually commission
- You’re in the National Guard / Reserves and need structure and accountability to maintain and gain hybrid fitness
- You’re considering joining the military and don’t know where to start
The Blue Program is a continuous program, so stick around as long as you want to keep making progress. For some, that’s a month. Others, 6+ months.
