+4, Tactical Weapon is a guide which teaches you how to achieve a higher level of tactical fitness. Start training more effectively and make more progress, faster. If you're interested in heading to Ranger School, RASP, or SFAS, this is the place to start. 

You’ll be given 40+ pages of detailed instruction on fundamental concepts of training for tactical fitness, complete explanations to help you understand the right way to eat to help physical progress, and be given 4 workouts per week for 8 weeks to add into your normal morning PT schedule. Each workout week includes a running day, circuit day, and two lifting days. 

By the end of this program, you'll feel confident in concepts behind a great workout session, nutrition, and in designing your own fitness progressions to continue your progress.
